Dave is an accomplished musician who has a lifetime of experience in many aspects of the music industry. From managing touring rock bands on the road to hiring musicians for cruise ship showbands, Dave’s talents have led him across the country and around the world. After studying classical piano in college, he decided he would rather “hit the road” with a rock band and began his professional music career. Dave toured the northeast U.S. with a band out of New York, then toured the southeast with a band out of Florida before moving to Los Angeles, where he spent 10 years writing, recording and touring with various bands. Primarily a keyboardist and singer, he has also been the lead singer/frontman for various bands and also plays guitar and bass in many other shows. After filling in with a band on a cruise ship, Dave decided this was a great way to travel and see the world, so he put together his own band (once again) and spent the next 6 years as a band leader on various ships for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Wanting a change of pace after this, he then spent 4 years as a solo jazz pianist for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Dave now works with local bands in Florida, and does many corporate gigs as well as being the Musical Director and Musician Specialist for Maybury Webb Creative. Dave also collaborates with Karen on projects and together they created Carnival Cruise Lines show" America Rocks!"

Our company prides itself on being a boutique agency that represents just a small group of hand picked artists. All of our artists have fully produced shows endorsed by Karen and we aim to specialize in new and exciting acts. Although we are always on the lookout for new talent, it is important that all seasoned talent has fully produced shows with full arrangements, tech riders and professional lighting and sound cue sheets. That being said; we are a creative team and our goal is to find raw talent and assist with choreography, staging and directing so that we can we can help to develop an entertainer that we feel they has that “star quality."

We welcome new ideas and concepts and enjoy being surprised by artists who present something new or innovative! Our Creative Directors are an experienced group who will at this time be auditioning acts who are new to the cruise industry and have the talent and versatility to be open minded to feedback and production advice.
